Meet Henrietta Harvey, the founder, and Director of Education at GROW Dental Assisting School. Henrietta has several years of experience, starting in 1997. She has worked as a Dental Assistant , Managed Dental Assistant, and Instructor, as well as owning and managing dental practice operations. She has a true passion for the dental profession. She's obtained teaching knowledge and skills through her many years of experience. She truly values students and feels honored to be part of their success!

LYNZI’S STORY
Hi everyone! I’m Lynzi, and I’d love to share my journey into the dental field with you. It all started when I learned I was expecting my first child at a young age. I needed to build a career and secure a future for both of us. Despite feeling terrified, I discovered a dental assisting course and completed it during my senior year of high school before my baby arrived. It was a huge blessing and a life-changing experience!
Now, with over 12 years in the dental field, I’ve continued my education and become an Expanded-Duty Dental Assistant, which has also boosted my pay. I chose dental assisting because I wanted a career in the medical field with hours that allowed me to spend time with my family. Unlike the demanding hospital shifts, the dental field perfectly met my needs and wants!
Today, I’m a proud mother of seven and thoroughly enjoy teaching this program. I love sharing the skills I’ve learned with people from all walks of life. Seeing the impact this program has on others is incredibly rewarding. It gave me hope and stability; I want to provide the same to others.
Our program has helped many students advance their careers. We’ve seen students become expanded duties dental assistants, hygienists, and even dental school students on the path to becoming dentists! This program offers a rewarding career and can be a fantastic stepping stone for further education.
With the addition of e-learning, it’s now easier than ever to achieve your goal of becoming a dental assistant. You still benefit from one-on-one coaching from experienced assistants like Henri and me. As the owners and operators of this program, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Brittni Sanchez
Lead Instructor, Instructor Mentor,EDDA
Brittni Sanchez is a loving wife and mother to 3 busy beautiful children. Brittni has worked in the dental field for 17 years and loves every aspect of it. As a certified Dental Assistant/EDDA her love for the dental field keeps her engaged and passionate about learning more and more each day. Brittni has much knowledge with various dental software’s, insurance and billing and anything dental related. Brittni was nominated for the Outstanding Women' s Award 2024 for her incredible work in the dental world. Brittni also owns and operates Bright on Britt Teeth whitening to give people the confidence they deserve with a brighter whiter smile. With a passion for balancing family life and professional endeavors Brittin has managed to excel in both areas. Beyond her family and professional commitments Brittni is deeply involved with Junior League of Pueblo, loves helping the kids of CASA, St. Baldricks Foundation, and has donated numerous services and items to the kids of Pueblo to help them fundraise for their activities. She believes in giving back to the community and impacting the lives of others. Brittni has recently ran for Mrs. Colorado which sparked her entrepreneurial spirit to help women grow within their daily lives and business. Talking with moms/women to renew their sense of self-worth has changed her life and the lives of moms/women she has worked with. With her diverse experience as a mother, business owner and community service advocate Brittni embodies the values of dedication, resilience, and compassion. She serves as an inspiration to others, highlighting the importance of balancing personal and professional responsibilities while making a difference. Her love for the dental field has made her so excited to start this new journey as a dental instructor at Grow Dental.
